Teresa Keller, PhD, RN

TKeller_14Special Interest and Research: The organization and administration of health care services as well as workplace practices that promote effective service delivery.

Professional Experience: Dr. Keller is currently the Associate Director and Assistant Dean of the School of Nursing at New Mexico State University.  She is also Interim Associate Dean for Academics for the College of Health and Social Services.  She has received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and the New Mexico Board of Nursing. Since 2009, she has been a member of the New Mexico Nursing Education Consortium (NMNEC) Leadership Council. This 7-person committee is the coordination and administrative hub for NMNEC operations that promote an innovative, concept-based nursing curriculum across all publicly supported schools of nursing in New Mexico. The NMNEC initiative has been recognized and supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as a grantee of their New Careers in Nursing program.
