Our dynamic undergraduate and graduate programs provide a wide variety of options for the beginning and advanced nursing student. Over the past 10 years, our programs have expanded and changed to offer more degree plans in both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as the delivery of many of our courses now fully online. Our geographical location along the United States Mexico Border and our diverse student population provides all students with outstanding clinical experiences-acute care and community based.

NMSU School of Nursing Celebrates Outstanding NCLEX Pass Rates

 

The New Mexico State University School of Nursing is proud to announce the exceptional achievements of its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduates. The first-time NCLEX pass rates for 2023 reached 82.5% with overall pass rate of 98.5%. First-time pass rates in the first quarter of 2024 soared to an outstanding 98.6%. These remarkable results reflect the dedication and hard work of our students, as well as the unwavering commitment of our faculty and staff. The significant increase in pass rates showcases the effectiveness of the school's rigorous BSN program and the comprehensive support provided to our students.
